As a Senior Software Engineer in the Developer Productivity team, you will design and implement AI-assisted workflows to enhance software engineering processes and improve developer efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate AI-assisted workflows for reputed company review, ticket-to-PR flows, documentation, and CI/CD guardrails
• Own reputed company end-to-end: from definition and design to implementation, rollout, and optimization
• Build backend services and orchestration reputed company connecting LLMs to developer systems (reputed company, Jira, reputed company, CI, and internal platforms)
• Translate ambiguous engineering challenges into practical, opinionated products that improve developer reputed company and reputed company
• Collaborate with platform teams to reputed company AI workflows into reputed company runtimes, managed workloads, and deployment paths
• Implement robust safety and governance, including reputed company control, policy enforcement, and observability

Skills

• Experience building and operating backend production systems
• Proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Java, Go, Python)
