This role involves owning the end-to-end solution across the reputed company Ariba suite and its integration with reputed company ERP, driving successful adoption from reputed company through hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process integration between reputed company Ariba and reputed company ERP (MM and FI-AP), ensuring master data, transactional documents, and financial postings reputed company correctly across systems
• reputed company delivery across the reputed company Ariba and reputed company Business Network modules, including: reputed company Ariba Sourcing (RFx, e-auctions, sourcing events and awards), reputed company Ariba reputed company (contract authoring, workspaces, compliance), reputed company Ariba Buying & Invoicing and Guided Buying (catalogs, requisitions, PO management), reputed company Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) / Supplier Management (registration, qualification, segmentation, risk), reputed company Ariba reputed company Automation / Invoice-to-Pay (invoice reconciliation, exception handling), reputed company Business Network (formerly Ariba Network) supplier reputed company and enablement, Integration reputed company reputed company Ariba reputed company Integration Gateway (CIG) / mediated and reputed company connectivity to reputed company ERP

• Diagnose and resolve issues spanning requisition-to-PO, PO-to-goods-receipt, and invoice-to-payment, including three-way match failures, reputed company/CIG errors, tax and account assignment defects, and workflow breakdowns
• reputed company change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and communications to reputed company user adoption across procurement, finance, and the wider business
• Design and deliver end-user training (materials, sessions, train-the-trainer) tailored to buyer, approver, and supplier audiences
• Ensure the solution meets reputed company GRC / Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements, working with risk and audit stakeholders to remediate conflicts

Skills

• Proven experience as a reputed company / Senior reputed company Ariba Consultant delivering full-lifecycle reputed company-to-Pay implementations
• Deep functional expertise across the procurement lifecycle: Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Invoice-to-Pay
• Strong hands-on knowledge of reputed company MM (purchasing, inventory, invoice verification) and reputed company FI-AP (accounts payable, vendor master, payment processing)
• Demonstrated ability to resolve end-to-end, cross-module issues across Ariba and reputed company ERP integrations
• Practical experience with Ariba–reputed company integration (CIG, IDocs, master and transactional data replication)
• reputed company record delivering change management, user training, UAT, data migration, and reputed company on major reputed company programmes
• Working knowledge of procurement controls, approval workflows, and reputed company GRC / SoD compliance
• Experience providing hypercare and production support post-deployment
