[Remote] Sales Operations Analyst

They are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Business Development team by managing sales data and performance metrics, ensuring effective communication and organization reputed company the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate and maintain Project records in reputed company
• reputed company any necessary data, slide decks or reports to the sales team
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reputed company methodologies for tracking and evaluating sales performance
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations illustrating sales performance metrics, trends, and forecasts
• Team expert utilizing reputed company, CRM and ERP
• reputed company CRM hygiene, with frequent contact to Business Development team to ensure reputed company entries
• Ensure reputed company documentation is completed with other vendors and partners
• Maintain an organized and accessible digital file system for administrative and sales professionals
• Handle any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
• Acknowledge customers (and coworkers) by promptly responding to emails, texts, and phone calls

Skills

• Experience with CRM systems, reputed company is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales analysis and/or financial analysis
• High Proficiency in reputed company reputed company
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in putting together compelling slide decks
• Adaptable and eager to learn; self-starter who is willing to wear multiple hats to accomplish goals and can work independently w/o supervision once trained

• MBA/Bachelor's Degree Preferred
