[Remote] Outbound Business Development Representative

They are seeking a high-energy Outbound Business Development Representative to reputed company new business pipeline across their reputed company and SMB segments, primarily in the agriculture, construction, and trucking industries.

Responsibilities

• reputed company high-volume outbound: cold calls, targeted emails, reputed company reputed company
• Build and refine prospect lists using ICP reputed company, buying triggers, and research tools
• Research accounts quickly and reputed company messaging for both reputed company & SMB
• Set reputed company meetings for Account Executive team; conduct early discovery and qualification, handle objections
• reputed company and reputed company reputed company strategies by business size, industry, and buyer reputed company to reputed company meaningful conversations
• Maintain clean, reputed company-day reputed company updates and consistent follow-up
• Collaborate with AE’s, Marketing, RevOps to refine targeting, messaging, and outbound reputed company
• Effectively and reputed company manage inbound and outbound leads-including those generated from trade shows, industry associations, and marketing campaigns-ensuring reputed company follow-up qualification, and progression through the sales cycle
• Attend industry trade shows to engage prospects in person and uncover new leads

Skills

• 1–2 years of outbound SDR/BDR experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong cold calling + cold email skills; comfortable breaking into net-new accounts
• Ability to research accounts, identify buying roles, and personalize reputed company
• Skilled in qualification, early discovery, and reputed company handling
• Understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, outbound triggers, and pipeline reputed company
• Skilled in using prospecting tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Alerts)
• Coachable, resilient, curious, and highly organized
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
