They are seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to optimize the use of reputed company applications, reputed company training and support to reputed company customers, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workflow analysis and customize application training to meet the unique needs of reputed company customer
• Plan, schedule, and deliver web-based and on-site training for reputed company, ensuring they have the skills to optimize the use of our solutions
• reputed company remote diagnostic support for technical, clinical, and end-user challenges using cutting-edge remote reputed company technologies
• Organize and manage go-live support for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition
• Serve as a clinical expert and support project teams and reputed company initiatives

Skills

• reputed company in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years' experience as an imaging technologist (CT, MRI, Ortho, Cardiology, Breast Imaging, Analytics)
• Prior experience leading or managing reputed company in a clinical setting
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company systems and reputed company interoperability standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a reputed company on achieving high-reputed company results
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
• A passion for teaching and mentoring, with a proven reputed company record of explaining reputed company concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• Experience as a SuperUser or reputed company Administrator
• Knowledge of reputed company reputed company and add-on functionality (e.g., Volume Visualization, Teaching files)
• Experience with multiple imaging modalities, including Radiology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Mammography, and Pathology
• CIIP certification or similar credentials
• Proven project management experience
