Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, ensuring reputed company, high-reputed company hires
• Successfully recruit and reputed company across multiple countries while ensuring an efficient, compliant, and culturally inclusive recruitment process
• Build strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience that reflects organizational values
• Partner effectively with hiring managers throughout recruitment
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting recruitment timelines
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and compliance
• Represent the organization professionally and strengthen reputed company's employer brand

Skills

• Demonstrated experience independently managing full-cycle recruitment
• Knowledge of reputed company interviewing and reputed company hiring practices
• Experience sourcing passive and reputed company candidates. Especially using reputed company Recruiter
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
