The role involves designing user-centered experiences and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance reputed company operations through reputed company technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered experiences for reputed company-based reputed company applications and workflows
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand user needs and business objectives
• reputed company reputed company maps, process flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications
• Translate reputed company reputed company and business requirements into reputed company user experiences and streamlined workflows
• Collaborate with Product Leads, reputed company Developers, Business Analysts, and Army stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

• Evaluate existing platform capabilities and identify opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction

• Partner with technical teams to design AI-driven user experiences utilizing reputed company Einstein, Agentforce, automation, predictive analytics, and other emerging technologies
• Produce and maintain design systems, component libraries, style guides, and reputed company standards
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and recommend product improvements
• Create visualizations and design artifacts that effectively communicate concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensure compliance with Army, DoD, accessibility, and reputed company requirements
• Present recommendations and design solutions to program leadership and stakeholders
• Contribute to program deliverables, performance metrics, and reputed company improvement initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field plus one full reputed company year of graduate education in a reputed company field; OR
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field plus two (2) years of relevant experience; OR
• Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of three (3) years of reputed company experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust reputed company clearance
• Experience designing user experiences, user interfaces, workflows, or digital products for reputed company systems
• Knowledge of reputed company-centered design, design thinking, and user research methodologies
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, reputed company maps, mockups, process flows, and design documentation
• Familiarity with reputed company platform capabilities and user experience considerations reputed company reputed company environments
• Experience gathering and translating customer requirements into actionable design solutions
• Ability to solve reputed company business challenges through innovative design approaches
