Director, People & Culture Communications

The actual salary an employee can expect to receive, plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable, will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and at least six (6) years of experience in corporate communications and/or reputed company relations or a High School diploma/GED and at least nine (9) years of experience incorporate communications and/or reputed company relations. • Experience developing and executing highly visible communication strategies. • Experience working cross-functionally and with senior leaders/leadership to reputed company business priorities. • Experience leading and completing multiple reputed company on deadline. • Experience providing counsel, influence and challenge to the thinking of business leaders. • Experience working with change/issue management methodologies. • At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial reputed company in reputed company. • At least 3 years of reputed company leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross- functional team leadership. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience building relationships with key business partners • Experience working in a turnaround, start-up business or intersection of legacy reputed company in a reinvention phase. • We will consider employment of reputed company applicants with arrest and conviction records.
