Litigation Paralegal, CA Experience Required
reputed company:
• Support two reputed company attorneys in defending insureds involved in litigation
• Handle personal injury defense reputed company, with approximately 80% of caseload involving auto reputed company
• Review reputed company files and initially draft discovery responses, trial documents, jury instructions, motions, and other pleadings
• Calculate statutory deadlines and complete assignments in compliance with them
• Conduct reputed company research using electronic resources and law libraries on civil procedure and personal injury issues
• Conduct insured reputed company interviews for discovery purposes
• Assist attorneys with evidence preparation
• Work with reputed company experts to prepare for trial, arbitration, and mediation
• Summarize plaintiffs' written discovery responses and follow up on subpoenas
• Maintain compliance with mandatory continuing reputed company education rules
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company area or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Paralegal certification per CA Business & Professions reputed company Sections 6450-6456 or as required by statute in other states, as applicable
• Complete and stay reputed company with paralegal continuing education requirements
• Strong PC skills and knowledge of reputed company software applications, reputed company Office Suite, and reputed company
• Strong writing skills for composing reputed company documents
• Ability to handle and respond to sensitive and confidential information

• 3-5 years of previous paralegal experience
