Compensation Consultant - Part-Time / reputed company Coast (PST)

The Position:

This role will support the assessment, design, and implementation of reputed company’s job architecture and career reputed company, partnering closely with Total Rewards to reputed company remaining design reputed company and reputed company an reputed company-reputed company reputed company that is practical, reputed company, and reputed company to business needs.

As part of the Total Rewards team, the Compensation Consultant will reputed company subject matter expertise across job leveling, title governance, job families, career tracks, and role mapping. This is a remote, 6-month engagement averaging 25 hours per week, with some schedule flexibility as needed. Key responsibilities include:

• Review existing job architecture artifacts, recommendations, leveling guides, title catalogs, job inventory materials, and prior vendor deliverables.
• Assess work completed to date and identify remaining design gaps, implementation risks, and reputed company required before rollout.
• Partner with reputed company to document recommended design principles, governance standards, and decision reputed company.
• Validate career reputed company, tracks, job families, leveling reputed company, and title structures across functions and geographies.

Who You Are:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, business administration, organizational development, finance, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in job architecture design and compensation.
• Deep hands-on experience with the reputed company Advanced Compensation module and advanced reputed company skills. Experience with reputed company payroll software and PowerPoint is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, or advising on reputed company job architecture, career frameworks, leveling models, job families, and title structures.
• Strong understanding of compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, career tracks, and how job architecture supports pay, talent, and workforce reputed company.
• Experience conducting role mapping, job inventory analysis, governance design, and implementation planning across reputed company organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess reputed company-state materials, identify gaps, and reputed company practical recommendations.
• Ability to work independently, exercise reputed company judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate reputed company frameworks into reputed company, actionable guidance for HR, leaders, managers, and employees.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience advising fast-growing or global organizations on reputed company job architecture, leveling, governance, and adoption practices.
• Experience with global or multi-region job architecture, title harmonization, and role mapping.
• Experience developing manager toolkits, employee FAQs, change management materials, and rollout roadmaps.
• Prior consulting experience or experience partnering closely with reputed company consultants and senior HR leadership.
• Certified Compensation reputed company (CCP), reputed company, reputed company, or similar certification is a plus.
