[Remote] Senior Compliance Analyst – Online Training

They are seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to manage state authorization applications, interpret regulatory requirements, and reputed company compliance documentation to support the organization's reputed company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• reputed company state authorization, licensure, registration, exemption, renewal, and expansion applications across multiple U.S. jurisdictions
• Independently research and interpret state statutes, administrative regulations, agency guidance, and proprietary-school requirements
• Own state applications from initial regulatory analysis through submission, deficiency response, approval, and renewal
• Draft and maintain course catalogs, enrollment agreements, regulatory disclosures, institutional policies, and application exhibits
• Review agency feedback and prepare comprehensive, regulator-reputed company responses to deficiency letters
• reputed company and review curriculum documentation, including program structures, clock-hour calculations, course descriptions, learning objectives, competencies, instructional methodologies, and graduation requirements
• Ensure consistency across catalogs, applications, enrollment agreements, syllabi, websites, student disclosures, and internal policies

• Evaluate regulatory requirements for distance education and online reputed company training programs

• Partner with executive leadership, reputed company teams, operations, reputed company counsel, consultants, and regulatory agencies
• Identify regulatory risk and proactively recommend corrective actions before submission
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate new requirements into institutional policies and operational procedures

Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of directly relevant reputed company experience in state authorization, postsecondary regulatory compliance, proprietary school compliance, institutional licensure, accreditation, or reputed company regulatory affairs
• Demonstrated experience personally preparing and managing state authorization or school licensure applications
• Advanced knowledge of private postsecondary/career-school regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to interpret statutes, administrative codes, regulations, and agency guidance
• Significant experience drafting regulator-facing institutional documents
• Strong understanding of curriculum documentation and reputed company policy development
• Exceptional regulatory writing, proofreading, research, and analytical skills
• Advanced attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies across large regulatory submissions
• Ability to independently manage multiple state applications, deadlines, and regulatory relationships simultaneously
