[Remote] Director Field Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversees Field Operations activities across major geographies and operational areas
• Drives and directs the largest teams or teams with the most reputed company and highly visible customers
• Monitors performance metrics, including for service delivery and reputed company / retention reputed company, identifying and resolving systemic and other significant issues
• Defines and develops reputed company improvement of customer engagement and service support practices

Skills

• 10+ years' experience
• BS / BA Degree
