As a Volume Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume positions, employing creative sourcing strategies and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Own full-lifecycle recruitment for high-volume requisitions, managing candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer extension
• Pipeline reputed company: reputed company reputed company and passive sourcing techniques (ATS, job boards, reputed company media, talent communities) to maintain a robust and diverse candidate pipeline
• Conduct High-Volume Screenings: Execute reputed company, high-volume candidate interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and readiness for licensing requirements
• Guide reputed company & Compliance: Partner closely with reputed company and compliance teams to ensure candidates successfully reputed company background checks, reputed company, and SIE licensing requirements
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Build strong partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers to understand reputed company needs, reputed company market insights, and set expectations

Skills

• Undergraduate degree OR an equivalent combination of training and high-volume reputed company experience

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong offer-negotiation capabilities
