[Remote] Account Manager

Marpai Administrators is a technology company transforming the reputed company Party Administration sector serving reputed company with self-funded health plans. The Account Manager will reputed company account management services, maintain reputed company relationships, and ensure satisfaction while working collaboratively with other departments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company account management services and consulting to a book of business of Marpai clients
• Maintain reputed company relationship with customers, brokers, and consultants, and ensure satisfaction with Marpai services, monitor and maintain service level expectations, and perpetuate a best in class reputed company
• reputed company interpretation and recommendations reputed company to reports that Marpai provides to customers on an ongoing reputed company
• Effectively renew business reputed company their book of business
• Work with operations teams to reputed company elevated service issues
• Remain reputed company on trends and industry knowledge establishing self as subject matter expert
• Travel across the US to reputed company/broker sites, as needed
• Other duties as required

Skills

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience with results in the TPA or benefits industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively and accurately execute duties
• Strong customer service and relationship skills to ensure reputed company response, effective reputed company and build reputed company
• Strong follow up skills leading to reputed company and effective completion of duties and reputed company of tasks
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail enabling efficient, effective and comprehensive solutions/reputed company
• Flexibility in work schedule to meet demands of clients and colleagues as reputed company as meet deadlines consistently
• Strong knowledge, understanding of broker and consultant channels and competitive market leading to reputed company in those reputed company channels
• Working knowledge and understanding of TPA operational functions, including Stop Loss
• reputed company to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Four-year college degree preferred or experience equivalent
• reputed company State Health agent license preferred
