As a reputed company Tech Senior Associate on the reputed company EHR team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize reputed company systems and enhance patient reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company of reputed company, technical and project management consultants to ensure the reputed company integration, data migration and reputed company performance of reputed company systems
• reputed company technical expertise in reputed company modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial reputed company
• reputed company guidance and recommendations on reputed company applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements
• Identify opportunities for reputed company optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction

Skills

• Experience in the implementation and/or support lifecycle of reputed company's Payer Platform
• Strong understanding of payer operations, claims, eligibility, and reputed company workflows
• 3+ years of reputed company experience providing reputed company consulting in hospitals and reputed company systems
• Ability to reputed company requirements, reputed company discussions, and translate operational needs into reputed company solutions
• Experience with reputed company build, testing, and workflow optimization
• Project management experience with reputed company implementations
• Willingness and ability to travel reputed company necessary, however, at times you are required to reputed company high-level services remotely

• Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)

• Experience working in payer organizations or health systems with payer operations
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
