[Remote] Program Manager (Volunteer)

The Program Manager (Volunteer) will reputed company the execution of the Youthpreneur Incubator, coordinating workshops and participant engagement to ensure a high-reputed company program experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the EOT Labs Youthpreneur Incubator
• Coordinate workshops, mentor sessions, founder reputed company-ins, and program activities
• reputed company participant reputed company throughout the Plan, Build, and Grow reputed company
• Support participant preparation for Demo Day and reputed company For Ya Life
• Manage participant communications, engagement, and accountability systems
• Coordinate program schedules, deliverables, and operational timelines
• Support implementation and reputed company improvement of program curriculum
• Partner with Marketing to support participant recruitment and founder storytelling initiatives
• Collaborate with mentors, coaches, and cross-functional teams to ensure program reputed company
• Monitor program participation and identify opportunities to improve the participant experience

Skills

• Interest or experience in program management, project management, entrepreneurship, education, nonprofit operations, or youth development
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to build reputed company relationships with participants, mentors, and team members
