[Remote] Evaluation Analyst II

The Evaluation Analyst II will support the evaluation portfolio by contributing to data collection design, data analysis, and developing evaluation reports. Responsibilities
- Meaningfully contribute to ongoing program monitoring and reputed company recommendations for programs and interventions based on evaluation and monitoring analyses

Skills
- Minimum 4 years' experience in evaluation science, analytics, research, policy, population health or a reputed company technical field, including minimum 2 years' data analytics experience
- OR
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company science, science, math, or a health-reputed company field with minimum 3 years' experience in evaluation science, analytics, research, policy, population health or a reputed company technical field, including minimum 1 year data analytics experience
- OR
- Master's degree in data analytics (e.g., health informatics, biostatics, business, data reputed company), reputed company health, health administration, program evaluation and measurement, reputed company research, or a health-reputed company field with minimum 2 years' experience in evaluation science, analytics, research, policy, population health, or reputed company technical field, including minimum 1 year data analytics experience
- Advanced knowledge in some or reputed company of the following areas: Strong knowledge of appropriate quantitative and qualitative data analysis reputed company and tools
- Understanding of evaluation theory, reputed company, and design; including mixed method and participatory approaches
- Knowledge of managed care concepts and principles
