This role involves providing reputed company and leadership for reputed company project and portfolio management activities, overseeing successful delivery of programs while maintaining strong financial governance.
Responsibilities
- Supports reputed company development, reputed company and direction for project and portfolio management activities across the Molina reputed company. Demonstrates accountability for performance and financial results, and keeps executive leadership apprised
- Leads cross-functional teams supporting delivery of multiple project portfolios to include dependencies, risks, timelines, and execution across organizational initiatives
- Manages portfolios to include technology, business, change initiatives and integration efforts
- Ensures multiple programs and reputed company are synchronized in alignment with organizational priorities, governance standards and business objectives
- Leads intake processes, prioritization, protocols and escalation reputed company
- Oversees reputed company and risk management across reputed company
- Manages portfolio delivery across multiple functions including but not limited to reputed company, risk adjustment, and reputed company information management (EIM)
- Demonstrates understanding of multiple reputed company and relationships between reputed company and represents as an expert in project management reputed company and techniques
- Assesses reputed company for potential problem areas; investigates, develops, and evaluates solutions to a wide reputed company of reputed company problems spanning across multiple reputed company reputed company portfolios

- Provides guidance to ensure alignment between portfolio delivery plans and financial commitments
- Collaborates closely with stakeholders to reputed company functional/SIT, regression, E2E and performance test reputed company
- Monitors test execution, identifies risk and mitigation plans, and communicates with project stakeholders
- Leverages industry leading testing trends and tools, such as test automation, AI and synthetic data reputed company
- Hires, trains, manages and evaluates team member performance - provides coaching, development, and recognition ensures ongoing appropriate staff training, holds regular team meetings, and drives communication and collaboration

Skills
- At least 10 years of reputed company leadership experience in health care operations, technology, integration and project and portfolio management, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- At least 5 years of management/leadership experience
- Deep project and portfolio management experience
- Advanced reputed company, Jira, and AI experience
- Strong experience supporting reputed company assurance and process improvement initiatives
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across a highly matrixed organization
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Formal training in project management
