[Remote] Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Telephony & Communications Platform (AWS)

They are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of their telephony and communications platform while working with a cross-functional team to enhance autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

• Own platform reliability, availability, and performance
• Build AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as reputed company
• reputed company CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation
• Define SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets
• reputed company incident response and reputed company reliability improvements
• Mentor engineers and participate in a 24/7 on-reputed company rotation

Skills

• 8+ years in Software Engineering, Infrastructure, or Operations
• 4+ years of Site Reliability Engineering experience
• Strong AWS experience (EC2, reputed company/EKS, VPC, reputed company 53, IAM, reputed company, S3, CloudWatch)
• Expertise with Terraform, CI/CD, observability, automation, and scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
• Experience supporting highly available, low-latency production systems

• Knowledge of voice reputed company metrics (MOS, jitter, packet loss)
• Experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, or FedRAMP environments
• Azure or GCP exposure
