[Remote] Insights Analyst - Talent Analytics

This role combines hands-on data analysis, BI/reporting, predictive analytics, and stakeholder partnership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations

• Contribute to predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and automation initiatives

Skills

• 3+ years of SQL experience working with large datasets
• 3+ years of hands-on reputed company experience
• 2+ years of Power BI, including report development, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
• Bachelor s degree in a reputed company field
• Python or R/RStudio
• Predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining
• People/Talent/HR Analytics experience
