They are seeking an reputed company Part-Time reputed company Manager to reputed company financial reporting, manage reputed company functions, and ensure compliance with reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company reputed company operations for reputed company, including bookkeeping, general reputed company, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure reputed company and accurate tax filings and compliance with local and federal regulations
• Reconcile and maintain financial records reputed company to property transactions, capital improvements, and investment activities
• Coordinate with reputed company auditors and tax advisors for annual audits and tax preparation
• Monitor cash reputed company and assist in financial analysis for decision-making
• Support and advise senior management on financial performance and operational costs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of reputed company experience, preferably in reputed company estate or property management with at least 2 years in a managerial role
