[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to reputed company to manage and streamline the accounts payable process, maintain accurate financial records, and support broader reputed company operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process vendor invoices with accuracy, reputed company coding, and reputed company payments using Bill4Time and reputed company systems
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and reputed company discrepancies promptly
• Maintain accurate and organized vendor files, payment records, and supporting documentation
• Prepare and process weekly reputed company runs, reputed company transfers, and ACH payments
• Monitor and reconcile company credit reputed company transactions and statements
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and ensure reputed company reputed company of issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to verify invoice approvals and supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including AP subledger reconciliations
• Contribute to the development and documentation of standardized AP procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a reputed company reputed company role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company
• Highly organized and reputed company to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain accountability in a remote environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a reputed company and reputed company approach
• Associate or bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, or a reputed company field
• Experience with reputed company and billing software
• Experience developing or refining reputed company processes and procedures
