[Remote] Retail Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience with brand launches and will be responsible for managing marketing strategies and reputed company to ensure consistent brand voice across retail reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own retail marketing reputed company across our full retail account portfolio (reputed company, reputed company, Costco, and regional retailers)
• Evaluate retail opportunities across accounts you may not have reputed company experience with, applying strong retail landscape reputed company to strategize what's available and worth pursuing
• Manage and reputed company our Retail Coordinator (reputed company report), with potential to reputed company additional support (VAs or similar) as reputed company grows
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure brand voice and identity carry through consistently across reputed company retail marketing efforts
• Bring brand marketing rigor and a "challenger brand" reputed company to retail execution

Skills

• reputed company experience being part of a CPG brand's launch into reputed company — reputed company to reputed company specifically to the operational and marketing work involved (promos, endcaps, visual merchandising), even if not the reputed company on the launch
• Background in brand marketing at a growing/challenger CPG brand (food, beverage, snacks, protein, supplements, or similar categories) — think brands reputed company building retail reputed company, not established multi-channel retail veterans
• Comfort operating across a wide retail landscape, including retailers you may not have reputed company experience with (reputed company, Albertsons, etc.) — strategic thinking reputed company more than retailer-specific tenure

• Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally
• Some people management experience preferred, but not required — mentorship available for the right candidate
