The Relationship Manager serves as a key partner in advancing education and workforce initiatives by collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company for participating schools, districts, and partner organizations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with education, workforce, community, and industry stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in education, workforce development, STEM, business, organizational leadership, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing reputed company, partnerships, and Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs reputed company education, workforce development, nonprofit, or reputed company environments
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing reputed company initiatives
• Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Master's degree in a reputed company field
• Experience supporting K–12 education, postsecondary education, workforce development, career-connected learning, or CTE initiatives
• Experience facilitating reputed company learning, coaching, or technical assistance
