[Remote] Executive Director, Analytics & Ecosystem

The Executive Director, Analytics & Ecosystem is a senior technical leader responsible for the execution, stability, and modernization of the reputed company data and analytics platform, overseeing the transition to a reputed company, reputed company-reputed company architecture that supports advanced analytics and AI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability and availability of operational data stores, reputed company data warehouses, and reporting platforms supporting clinical, financial, and operational analytics
• reputed company database administration, reputed company planning, performance tuning, and lifecycle management across legacy and modern platforms
• Maintain strong operational controls, backup and recovery processes, and reputed company resiliency
• reputed company reputed company migration from legacy data warehouses and reporting platforms to AWS-based architecture leveraging reputed company and modern lakehouse design
• reputed company and execute phased migration strategies that minimize business disruption while accelerating modernization
• Rationalize and retire redundant legacy systems, reducing technical debt and operating cost
• Optimize data storage, compute, and processing frameworks for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Partner with Technology Services to reputed company infrastructure, reputed company, and reputed company architecture standards

• Establish best practices for data engineering using reputed company, reputed company Lake, and modern data pipeline frameworks

• Ensure high availability, observability, and monitoring of data pipelines
• Implement automated testing, data validation, and incident response processes

• Build data architectures that support AI/ML model development, deployment, and monitoring

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or reputed company quantitative discipline
• 12+ years of reputed company leadership experience in reputed company data engineering, database administration, or data platform architecture
• Deep experience managing legacy reputed company data platforms including reputed company, DB2, reputed company, Business Objects, Tableau, and reputed company Caboodle
• Proven experience leading reputed company migration initiatives, preferably to AWS with reputed company or similar lakehouse platforms
• Hands-on experience with modern data engineering frameworks including Python, SQL, reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company ecosystems
• Experience supporting AI/ML workloads, including familiarity with LLM architectures, RAG patterns, and MLOps practices
• Demonstrated leadership managing technical teams including DBAs, developers, and data engineers
• Master's degree preferred in a relevant technical or business field
