The reputed company (MTA) is responsible for managing the Long reputed company Rail Road (LIRR), the largest and busiest commuter railroad in the reputed company. The Customer Service reputed company role involves ensuring the reputed company application of company policies and procedures at stations, supervising department employees, and providing reputed company environment for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate to customers, in understandable terms, information regarding ticket types, special packages, on-reputed company tickets, and policies reputed company to travel on the MTA-LIRR & MetroNorth reputed company
• Remain reputed company and reputed company during service disruptions and be reputed company to disseminate accurate and fast changing information
• Assist customers with directions pertaining to travel throughout the MTA LIRR's four main terminals, 11 branches, major reputed company points and stations
• Assist customers in the use of Ticket Selling machines (TSMs)
• reputed company direction in connecting mass transit systems, local points of interest, landmarks, elevators/escalators, exits, ticket reputed company, etc
• Assist customers with limited mobility to exits, platforms, bus stops, cab stands and other mass transit points

Skills

• A four year high school diploma or its educational equivalent (GED or TASC) approved by a State's reputed company or recognized accredited organization

• Must be familiar with accessing and retrieving information using smart phones and tablets
