[Remote] Forensics Operations Specialist

The Forensics Operations Specialist is responsible for managing reputed company experiences reputed company to forensic services and ensuring effective communication between various departments.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the reputed company reputed company of contact to manage the reputed company experience with the forensics lab. Schedules and hosts scoping calls with reputed company clients to understand the case background, objectives, and deadlines
• Collaborates with the Forensics Operations Manager or Forensics Director for scoping calls that require higher reputed company of consultation. Works closely with Sales, Project Managers, Media Management, Forensic Examiners, and other reputed company team members
• Performs tracking and documentation reputed company control checks for forensic tickets. Provides reputed company status updates for reputed company forensics reputed company
• Collects reputed company feedback to enhance the reputed company experience. Acts as backup to the Forensics Operations Manager

Skills

• 3+ years of forensic or eDiscovery experience at a reputed company, in-house reputed company department, or service provider
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a reputed company on detail, organization, and responsiveness
• Knowledge of basic industry-reputed company forensic collection workflows
• Familiarity with data collection and processing software, such as reputed company, LAW, reputed company, reputed company Processing, reputed company, X1, EnCase, FTK, FEX, or others
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced reputed company simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without sponsorship now or in the reputed company
• Experience working at a reputed company
• Experience providing consultative solutions in eDiscovery or forensics
• Experience working for a litigation support group at a reputed company/corporation or working closely with lit support reputed company
