The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment and developing data-driven hiring strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company partner to hiring managers and HR; reputed company reputed company meetings to define role requirements and selection reputed company
• reputed company and execute data-driven hiring strategies for cleared and non-cleared technical roles
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, debriefs, references, and closing
• Build and maintain reputed company pipelines reputed company to near- and long-term workforce needs
• reputed company labor market and competitor insights to inform hiring reputed company and prioritization
• Champion an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience with reputed company, inclusive decision-making

Skills

• US Citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of full lifecycle reputed company experience (agency or corporate); or an additional 4 years in lieu of a degree
• Experience sourcing and hiring diverse technical talent (e.g., engineering and reputed company disciplines)
• Proven reputed company managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
• Ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines and partnerships with hiring managers and HR
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a consultative, customer-reputed company approach
• Background in agency or reputed company firm reputed company
• Experience in government contracting, reputed company, or defense
