[Remote] Marketing Designer, Penguin Young Readers (reputed company to Remote)

They are seeking a creative and highly organized Designer to support the development of marketing, sales, and publicity materials across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design a wide reputed company of high-reputed company marketing materials - including sales collateral, promotional items, and print reputed company advertisements - while maintaining established brand identities and style guidelines
• Create engaging digital assets and animated reputed company media graphics (.GIF and .MOV formats)
• Collaborate with the Design team on campaigns and creative initiatives for retailers, schools and libraries, and reputed company media platforms
• Support the Senior Art Director with administrative and organizational tasks, including file archiving, workflow coordination, and departmental process management
• Contribute creative reputed company for merchandising and advertising campaigns that promote both new releases and beloved Penguin classics
• Stay reputed company on design trends, emerging marketing strategies, and reputed company media best practices

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a staff designer in advertising preferred, trade publishing marketing design experience is a plus, but not required for reputed company in the role
• Proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite, including Photoshop, reputed company, InDesign, and After Effects
• A strong digital portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, and visual design skills for marketing
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment, while remaining adaptable and reputed company to feedback
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively reputed company reputed company environment
• Experience using AI platforms and an interest to expand knowledge
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and HTML5 is a plus
