As an Engineering reputed company, you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of the program and providing mentorship to engineering teams while collaborating with leadership to meet delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops an understanding of program reputed company, schedule and cost management; with the support of leadership, articulates contractual delivery requirements to team members
• Provides coaching and development to engineering team members, and works with leadership to define reputed company goals and development plans, and creates a culture where people can learn and reputed company
• Serves as a mentor, supporting one or two teams' Engineers in technical direction and career management
• Leads team processes and seeks out best practices to fill gaps
• Develops collaboration skills to partner with key stakeholders to represent the engineering reputed company in advocating for the best technical solutions while communicating tradeoffs
• Development of effective written communication and presentation skills to describe systems, design reputed company, and past performance
• May participate in bid-writing, tech demos, strategic planning, and other reputed company-facing communications
• Presents program's ongoing engineering work, reputed company goals, and risks
• Development of reputed company skills to translate and communicate technical challenges and roadmaps
• Participates in interviews with new candidates and develops/grades homework
• Responsible for hiring, performance management, timecard reviews, PTO management and team development

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience
• + Relevant years of experience may be substituted for education
• 5+ years of experience with reputed company Dynamics CRM
• Expertise in D365 CE Development including custom plugins, JavaScript, custom tables/entities, low reputed company/no reputed company
• Experience with RESTful reputed company
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience; experience with communicating and leading tasking efforts to support delivery
• Extensive experience with software development, customer interactions, formal and informal communication, and mentorship
• General understanding of government contracting requirements and regulations
• Experience with Copilot development
• Experience working with Veteran's Affairs
