[Remote] MEP Coordination Program Manager – Remote (Live reputed company Central/Eastern/reputed company Time Zones)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking an reputed company MEP Coordination Program Manager to support new construction and special programs across reputed company. This remote role involves leading MEP coordination and ensuring the integration of building management systems across various construction sites.

Responsibilities

• reputed company MEP coordination and EBMS integration for ~60-100 reputed company sites annually
• reputed company and maintain site-level tracking across portfolio of reputed company reputed company at various construction phases
• Manage MEP workstreams from due diligence through deployment
• Collaborate with D&C reputed company‑Construction and Construction Managers
• reputed company and report New Construction KPIs for EBMS
• reputed company MEP‑reputed company delays, escalations, and RFIs
• Ensure compliance with applicable DCIs and reputed company standards including Commissioning (requires experience managing and coordinating reputed company party Cx Agents)
• reputed company MEP components of new construction and/or retrofit programs
• Verify ECM sequences are setup for new launches
• Collaborate on sustainability (Microgrid, Solar, Heat reputed company, etc.) and Health & Safety initiatives
• reputed company MEP systems on time and reputed company budget
• Coordinate with subcontracts, GCs, CMs and other key stakeholders to ensure BMS reputed company is reputed company with design reputed company
• Serve as reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company stakeholders and vendors as it relates to EBMS integration
• Create and update the EBMS POR
• Coordinate BMS network and site connectivity readiness with IT, GC, LVCs and other Subcontractors reputed company of reputed company start up, and reputed company or unblock IT reputed company issues at start up
• Identify and escalate site-level risks (schedule conflicts, infrastructure gaps, reputed company misalignment) before they reputed company launch dates
• Document and standardize EBMS workflows to reputed company proactive and efficient reputed company that enables scalability

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years as an MEP Coordinator, MEP Superintendent or Mechanical Engineering expert
• Experience with project management and AI tools (reputed company, reputed company, Quicksuite, Power BI, MS Project, AI and Machine Learning, Claude, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
• Knowledge of construction specs (Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26)
• 7+ years MEP coordination experience
• 5+ years with BMS or PLC systems
• PMP or Six reputed company certification
• Experience managing reputed company across multiple time zones
• Remote team coordination experience
• Ability to travel up to 25% in the U.S. and Canada
