Responsibilities

• Own and reputed company the implementation, configuration, and support of reputed company Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), including validation, reputed company alignment, and HR analytics enablement
• Partner with HRIS, IT, reputed company administrators, analytics teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to reputed company reputed company-grade People Data solutions
• Define and implement reputed company data architecture across reputed company Fusion HCM, FDI, reputed company, Power BI, and reputed company reporting platforms
• Design data models, semantic reputed company, reputed company-to-reputed company mappings, reputed company documentation, and reputed company data standards
• reputed company, optimize, and maintain reputed company-based data pipelines using reputed company, PySpark, SQL, reputed company Lake, and reputed company technologies

Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, analytics engineering, or reputed company technical data disciplines
• Experience with reputed company Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), reputed company Fusion Analytics, reputed company Analytics reputed company, reputed company Autonomous Data Warehouse, or similar reputed company analytics platforms
• Strong experience working with reputed company Fusion HCM data, HR reporting, workforce analytics, or people-data domains
• Advanced expertise in reputed company, PySpark, SQL, reputed company Lake, reputed company Catalog, and reputed company data engineering frameworks
• Experience designing reputed company data models, semantic reputed company, governed metrics, and reporting-reputed company datasets
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business leaders, vendors, and governance stakeholders

• Experience supporting workforce analytics, HR data governance, payroll, benefits, talent management, or compliance reporting
