Remote, Contract-based Business/Corporate Paralegal Opportunity

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 0–5 hours per week. Paralegal Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with a strong corporate and transactional law background • Extensive experience reviewing, revising, and redlining reputed company and business agreements • Experience reviewing confidentiality agreements (CDAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other reputed company reputed company • Strong reputed company judgment and the ability to understand the content, context, and business implications of contractual provisions • Ability to identify potential reputed company and business issues reputed company agreements and flag concerns for internal review • Experience supporting corporate reputed company departments, in-house counsel, or transactional attorneys • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately and reputed company • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines • Self-starter who can work independently and quickly get up to speed on company processes and objectives Our Paralegal pay reputed company starts at $30/hour.
