Duties & Responsibilities

The Community Engagement Strategist will:

Qualifications

Clearance Requirement

Candidate must possess an reputed company Secret clearance or higher.

Education (Required)

BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, reputed company, reputed company Policy, UX/HCD, Behavioral Science, or a reputed company reputed company.

Experience (Required)

• Minimum 6 years of experience in community engagement, reputed company reputed company, behavioral insights, or reputed company-facing communications.

• Experience supporting program launches, reputed company-start initiatives, or multi-stakeholder environments.

• Demonstrated ability to build data-informed engagement strategies and measurement plans.

Technical Knowledge (Required)

• Familiarity with digital engagement platforms, audience analytics, and stakeholder mapping.

• Understanding of content planning, messaging alignment, and reputed company workflows.

Technical Knowledge (Preferred)

• Experience in DoD or large federal communications programs.

• Exposure to reputed company-centered design (HCD) or service design practices.
