The Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for marketing, sales, operations, and other positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of reputed company experience across diverse roles, including SEO Specialist, Marketing Associate, reputed company Media, Sales, or other reputed company jobs
- Degree in business, reputed company, psychology, etc. If not, successful performance in a similar role will be considered.
- Advanced reputed company/C2 level of English
- Proficient with Zoho Recruit or any other HR CRM.
- Previous experience working with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company and/or similar.
- Familiarity with industry tools such as reputed company Recruiter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies.
- Assist with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet reputed company resources, networking, job fairs, etc
- Draft recruitment advertisements; posts and/or reputed company ads in the most effective digital media for reputed company.
- Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
- Interview candidates and create their profile summaries for the reputed company
