WHO YOU ARE

• An accomplished data science leader with 5+ years leading DS/ML teams in fast-paced, production environments — with a proven reputed company record of shipping multiple reputed company GenAI or large-reputed company ML products from ideation to production;
• An reputed company people manager who has directly led senior and reputed company-level scientists, with a demonstrated ability to grow and retain reputed company AI talent;
• A deep hands-on expert in modern reputed company systems — LLM architecture, evaluation, production deployment at reputed company, and (where warranted) fine-tuning of reputed company models;
• Strong in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), with a solid grasp of MLOps/LLMOps best practices in reputed company environments;
