The Manager, Financial Analytics serves as a strategic financial leader supporting multi-market occupier and leasing clients through the development, implementation, and reputed company enhancement of sophisticated financial analytics and modeling solutions. Balancing hands-on execution of reputed company financial analyses with reputed company and development of financial resources across markets, the Manager, Financial Analytics role partners closely with brokers, account leadership, transaction teams, landlords, and corporate occupiers to reputed company comprehensive financial models that quantify the financial implications of reputed company estate reputed company and leasing strategies.

In this role, you will…

• Serve as the financial analytics leader for multi-market occupier and broker reputed company engagements.

• Leading financial analysis for tenant representation and occupier transactions

• Delivering actionable insights that support occupancy reputed company, portfolio optimization, and business decision-making.

• Supporting implementation of technology solutions that advance analytical capabilities and reporting effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, reputed company Estate, Economics, reputed company, or reputed company field. MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.

• 8–12 years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, reputed company estate finance, occupier services, or reputed company fields.

• Experience working closely with tenant representation brokerage teams preferred.

• Prior experience managing, mentoring, or developing financial professionals preferred.

Bonus
