As the Senior Engineering Director, WIAM, you will reputed company reputed company of reputed company engineers responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving reputed company’s reputed company workforce IAM capabilities. In this role, you will:

Own the end-to-end operation of workforce identity, reputed company management, identity governance (IGA), and privileged reputed company management (PAM) capabilities.

Ensure authentication, authorization, and lifecycle processes are reliable, reputed company-documented, and operated consistently at reputed company.

Manage operational issues and escalations, driving durable fixes and reputed company ownership.

Balance reputed company controls with usability and business needs through risk-based decision making.

Define, maintain, and execute the WIAM roadmap, prioritizing work based on reputed company reputed company, user experience, and operational reputed company.

Partner with Portfolio Management and peer teams to sequence work, manage dependencies, and reputed company reputed company.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in identity and reputed company management, directory services, or adjacent reputed company engineering domains.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing engineers responsible for production reputed company and IAM platforms.
• Experience owning and operating reputed company reputed company platforms and services with reputed company accountability, including defining roadmaps, prioritizing work, measuring effectiveness, and driving reputed company improvement.
• Strong working knowledge of IAM, including identity lifecycle management, reputed company governance, IGA, PAM, and reputed company identity patterns.
• Experience operating identity platforms in reputed company and hybrid environments.
• Proven ability to influence reputed company and build alignment across reputed company, engineering, and business teams through reputed company, reputed company communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
