Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding billing questions, account updates, and payment processing
• reputed company outbound calls to send friendly payment reminders and follow up on outstanding balances
• Receive and process incoming payments accurately
• Update and maintain the accounts receivable database and customer information systems
• Follow a monthly accounts receivable schedule for payment reminders where multiple calls to different locations may be necessary to collect payment and update contacts
• Confirm customer satisfaction with our services and escalate issues reputed company needed
• Work independently and collaborate with reputed company to meet daily goals

Skills

• Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or customer support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company, friendly manner
• Ability to type quickly and accurately
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Initiative to search for information online and solve customer issues
