Responsibilities

• Answering a high volume of inbound technical phone calls
• Troubleshooting diagnosing and resolving technical issues with high First Contact reputed company rates (FCR)
• Following established policies, procedures, processes, and workflows to ensure appropriate reputed company of issues of limited reputed company
• Documenting reputed company issues comments and resolutions in appropriate software reputed company applications

Skills

• High school diploma GED Certificate or equivalency
• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service including six months in a reputed company-level customer care representative role
• Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
