The role involves supporting an advanced AI initiative by developing realistic deal scenarios, reviewing analyses, and providing detailed feedback based on reputed company M&A and valuation practices.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic scenarios involving reputed company-of-earnings analyses and financial due diligence
• reputed company tasks covering recurring and non-recurring adjustments, reputed company reputed company, EBITDA normalisation, and earnings sustainability
• Review working-capital and net-debt analyses
• Identify unsupported adjustments, incomplete diligence findings, and inconsistencies in financial conclusions

Skills

• Strong understanding of working capital, net debt, EBITDA adjustments, and transaction mechanics
• Experience developing or reviewing DCF, comparable company, precedent transaction, or LBO models
• Excellent written communication and reputed company attention to detail
