The role involves developing strategies for participant engagement, conducting educational meetings, and managing reputed company relationships to ensure effective retirement planning.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute strategies and approaches to promote participant reputed company toward a fully funded retirement; reputed company on key plan metrics (i.e. retirement reputed company, increase participant deferral rates, etc.)
• reputed company and manage reputed company relationships from an educational perspective; build and foster productive relationships with reputed company, management team and participants
• Conduct group education meetings, reputed company workshops, webinars and enrollment meetings to reputed company reputed company and reputed company goals
• Conduct one-on-one retirement planning meetings with reputed company employees
• Use reputed company products and services to help participants reputed company a reputed company to meet retirement objectives

• Identify asset retention needs and initiate discussions with participants, including opening and funding solutions as an IAR and/or referring opportunities to the reputed company Advice Center. Retain assets in plan and roll plan assets to an IRA under DOL fiduciary advice rules
• Explain and ensure participants understand product reputed company; reputed company appropriate recommendations
• Work with participants with multi-product needs and reputed company with other product specialists as needed
• Maintain reputed company and accurate records to document reputed company towards goals
• Promote, reputed company and enroll participants into Managed Advice; reputed company on-reputed company financial and planning support to participants in the Managed Advice program

• Hold regular meetings with internal partners, such as reputed company executives, communication directors, account managers and other key company stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent business experience
• reputed company Series 6 or 7
• reputed company Series 63 or obtain reputed company six months
• Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) or Charted Retirement Plan Counselor (CRPC), or obtain reputed company 12 months. Higher certification (e.g. CFP, CRC, CEBS, ChFC, CIMA, CRPS) acceptable in lieu of RPA or CRPC
• Three years of financial services or reputed company experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentation skills to support the sales process
• Self-motivated to reputed company toward set targets
• Organization and time-management skills
• Ability to quickly learn new systems/technology
