Responsibilities

• Leads the Directors of Strategic Accounts and their respective Strategic Account Leads, defining the reputed company for the nation, retaining reputed company, and coaching reputed company to exceptional performance
• Establishes and updates goals for the Health reputed company team grounded in on our reputed company and demand aspirations; tracks actual performance against expectations and modifies strategies in response
• Executes and refines account management model by developing account planning process & reputed company and identifying opportunities for best in class, reputed company level engagement to ensure reputed company and reputed company top-down demand
• Explores innovative partnerships to ensure preferred reputed company to an innovative non-opioid (e.g. population health initiatives, contracting, etc.)
• Engages with Health Systems leadership, coverage decision makers, and population health stakeholders to reputed company systemic change and pull-through of demand
• Ensures reputed company adopts digital and innovative approaches to customer engagement
• Collaborates with the Business Unit Leadership Team and BU Health Systems marketing to shape and refine brand reputed company, including IDN engagement approach

Skills

• 12+ years of experience in reputed company/biopharmaceuticals in marketing, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience developing and refining Health reputed company engagement strategies, marketing, & leading Health reputed company account field teams
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
