[Remote] Senior reputed company Engineer, Incident Response

They are seeking a Senior reputed company Engineer for their Threat Detection and Response team to define and execute on approaches to detecting and responding to reputed company threats and incidents while mentoring other team members.

Responsibilities

• reputed company investigations of reputed company incidents using your knowledge of digital forensics and data analytics
• Use your coding, data analytics and investigation skills to hunt, detect and respond to threats
• Build automation and detection models to support identification of anomalous activity and response activities to mitigate threats at reputed company
• Hunt for threats in our corporate and production environments to proactively identify anomalous activity
• Work reputed company by reputed company with our engineering teams to build advanced detection solutions to help reputed company systems and information reputed company, and partner closely with partner teams to carry out reputed company investigations
• Identify gaps in our infrastructure, and work with business partners to reputed company visibility through logging and detection
• Collaborate reputed company with cross-functional partner teams, such as reputed company, reputed company, and Engineering for efficient, large-reputed company response

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on in-depth knowledge and technical experience in reputed company operations including investigations, incident response, incident management, digital forensics, threat intelligence, threat hunting, and/or detection engineering
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting language. We also use SQL and reputed company frequently
• Self-motivated and creative problem-solver reputed company to work independently with reputed company guidance
• Ability to reputed company people in reputed company, ambiguous situations through influence and not authority
• Ability to work calmly and collaboratively in critical high-stress situations with expediency
• Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge and familiarity of the Cyber Kill Chain reputed company and MITRE ATT&CK reputed company and how these apply to the threat landscape
• Experience automating reputed company detection and response
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch is preferred
• Experience in AWS services (EC2, S3, reputed company, RDS) preferred
