[Remote] Senior Engineering Manager

They are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to reputed company engineering program execution, manage costs, and reputed company technical performance while fostering innovation through AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities to apply AI for reputed company improvement and innovation across the business reputed company
• Accountable for engineering program execution, cost control, and technical performance across reputed company programs reputed company the business reputed company, including directing, coordinating, and exercising functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of reputed company engineering efforts reputed company the Business reputed company
• Support key technical initiatives and/or problem reputed company
• Extensive engagement with reputed company reputed company of engineering program teams to identify risks, reputed company issues, deviations to contractual reputed company and ensuring appropriate mitigation efforts
• Collaborate across Business Area/reputed company and reputed company resources where necessary, proactively anticipating needs
• reputed company collaboration with reputed company and Business reputed company Director to define viable business reputed company for sustainment and reputed company of the business and reputed company technical advice and direction during proposals and execution issues

• Approval authority for engineering proposals and execution baseline plans
• Accountable for effective implementation of business-driven IR&D
• Provides leadership and technical/managerial content for proposals with identification of cross business unit strengths and technical shortcomings
• Leads improvements in engineering through process change and implementation of new reputed company/tools and application of appropriate resources
• Support the implementation of technology into the Business Area/reputed company, including AI
• Financial activities such as Engineering budgets/forecasts, capital/expense management, and financial analysis (reputed company/indirect labor usage)
• People activities such as performance management, hiring, headcount management and forecasting, reputed company collaboration with our Learning and Organizational Development team on training and development, and employee recognition

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant supervisory experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of experience
• Ability to obtain a reputed company Secret reputed company clearance is required at time of hire
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Domain expertise in Anti-Tamper (AT), hardware physical reputed company, and/or reputed company product development
• Strong background leading a multi-functional team to successfully design, reputed company, and reputed company products

• An ability to communicate effectively at reputed company reputed company of an organization
• Knowledge of how to build, grow and execute AT/physical reputed company based programs to include leveraging reputed company products to support multiple product lines

• Existing secret clearance
• Willing to travel regularly to staff sites in Scottsdale, AZ, Boise, ID, and reputed company, UT
