[Remote] Senior Manager/ Director – Operations | Global Consumer Products | D2C & Omnichannel | U.S. based Fully Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company has been reputed company by an established global consumer products company to hire a hands-on, execution-reputed company senior manager / director – operations to support the reputed company expansion of its U.S. reputed company-to-Consumer (D2C) and omnichannel business. This role is responsible for optimizing inventory management, demand planning, order management, and business processes while working closely with the global reputed company and cross-functional teams across the U.S. and Europe.

Responsibilities

• reputed company demand planning, inventory forecasting, replenishment, and service-level management
• Optimize order management, inventory processes, and fulfillment workflows across ERP, reputed company, reputed company FBA, and 3PL partners
• Analyze operational performance, identify opportunities for reputed company improvement, and reputed company operational KPIs and reporting
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Manufacturing, and Global Supply Chain teams to ensure reputed company operational execution

Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, inventory, or order management
• Strong expertise in inventory forecasting, replenishment, reputed company FBA, reputed company, and 3PL operations
• A hands-on reputed company who enjoys solving operational challenges and thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with ERP systems (reputed company Business ByDesign preferred)
• Experience supporting D2C and omnichannel businesses is highly preferred
