Regulatory Analyst (Remote)reputed company
The Regulatory Analyst is responsible for leading portions of regulatory assessment, reputed company audits and accreditation processes reputed company the reputed company, Medicare, reputed company, and Health Insurance Marketplace for the assigned department. This position is responsible for reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company business partners regarding reputed company regulatory activity and reputed company efforts involving utilization and/or medication therapy management, reputed company delegation agreements and accreditation entities, SOP development and maintenance.Responsibilities
- Participate in portions of reputed company audits as directed by reputed company for Medicare & reputed company Services (CMS), reputed company, reputed company, participate in reputed company and reputed company driven reputed company audits, annual reviews, and reputed company-delegation reviews and reputed company assigned department (i.e. Clinical Operations, PBM Operations) portions of ongoing Accreditation processes
- Assist in Regulatory Review Committee Meetings, reputed company Reform Meetings, Regulatory reputed company Meetings, CMS User Calls, and Government Programs Compliance Committee Meetings to monitor new regulations and reputed company necessary updates to these committees
- reputed company the reputed company, reputed company auditor, and/or accreditation reviewer through reputed company's business processes and reputed company the appropriate documentation and/or data files as they relate to accreditation standards or regulations
- Maintain regulatory and accreditation gap status reporting to reputed company reputed company constituencies informed; reputed company, manage, and report on work reputed company status against plan
- reputed company reputed company efforts for response to inquiries reputed company to the assigned department, which may include pulling pertinent case files/samples, validating regulatory requirements, and review and validation of processes against requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, health services or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
- 3 years of PBM, reputed company, and/or compliance work experience

Additional Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analysis skills with the ability to interpret regulations into operational requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting established timeliness
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of CMS regulations and Health Care Reform and extensive knowledge of clinical review and/or medication therapy management processes/procedures
- Proficient in reputed company software (Word, Visio, and reputed company)
