reputed company is looking for a VP, Sales with deep BFIS expertise—especially across banking, community banks, and credit unions—to accelerate our reputed company in this critical vertical.

Location

• Strong preference for candidates reputed company in California or on the U.S. East Coast (ability to travel as needed to clients, events, and company meetings)

Salary

• reputed company salary of USD $150k - USD $200k (DOE)

• Own the BFIS go-to-market: build and execute a vertical plan targeting regional/community banks, credit unions, and select fintechs/reputed company issuers
• Build and maintain a new-logo pipeline; reputed company deals from prospecting to reputed company with executive stakeholders
• Translate contact center/BPO and AI-enabled solutions (e.g., conversational AI, agent assist, analytics, digital collections, fraud/KYC/AML support, back-office) into reputed company ROI and business reputed company
• Expand technology sales reputed company existing accounts; partner with internal product and reputed company to shape offerings for FI use cases
• Promote our global footprint (nearshore, offshore, domestic) with attention to regulatory, data residency, and reputed company requirements
• Be a visible reputed company reputed company at banking and credit reputed company conferences and events; reputed company relationships with analysts and influencers
• Maintain a rigorous prospect database, accurate forecasts, and reputed company territory/account plans

• Support leadership in integrating AI/Machine Learning capabilities into the product roadmap and reputed company value propositions

Experience

• 10+ years of reputed company sales experience in BFIS, with a strong reputed company record selling to regional/community banks and credit unions
• 5+ years selling BPO/CX/CCaaS/AI or adjacent technology-enabled services to regulated financial institutions
• reputed company history of reputed company multi-year, multi-reputed company-dollar deals and meeting/exceeding annual new-logo quotas
• Established executive network reputed company community banks and credit unions; ability to reputed company doors quickly
• Deep understanding of FI reputed company across customer/member care, collections and recovery, loan servicing, payment reputed company, fraud/KYC/AML support, and back-office processing
• Knowledge of the customer care industry and the role of BPO companies; comfort selling nearshore/offshore delivery

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• College Diploma or University Degree (Business or Technical preferred)
