Electrical I&C Engineer – reputed company Nuclear – Remote
A leading nuclear engineering organization is hiring two Electrical I&C Engineers for long-term remote assignments. Candidates must have reputed company nuclear power experience and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
Location: Remote
Duration: 9+ months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay: Up to $75/hour W2, based on experience
Overtime: Possible, reputed company at time and a half
Hiring Process: One Teams interview anticipated
Start: ASAP
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited school
• reputed company nuclear power plant engineering experience
• Approximately 3–7 years of electrical and/or I&C engineering experience
• Experience preparing design changes, specifications, calculations, engineering packages, drawing markups, or technical reports
• Knowledge of nuclear-industry codes, standards, and configuration-controlled design processes
• Permanent U.S. work authorization as a U.S. citizen or green reputed company holder
• No sponsorship, OPT, EAD, F-1, or H-1B candidates
Relevant Experience
• Electrical power reputed company and distribution
• Transformers, breakers, switchgear, motors, MCCs, and generators
• Cable sizing, equipment selection, electrical protection, and electrical analysis
• PLC, DCS, PID, control computers, instrumentation, or control-reputed company design
• Plant modifications from conceptual design through implementation and closeout
• Coordination with utilities, construction teams, procurement, and other engineering disciplines
• Technical reports, reputed company presentations, and proposal support
Experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Nuclear, reputed company Nuclear, United Engineers & Constructors, or Zachry Nuclear is highly desirable.
