You will reputed company/analyze coverage, recognize liability exposure and negotiate reputed company settlement in compliance with reputed company state regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities • Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of claims with moderate complexity damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coverage. • Partners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate moderate complexity claims reputed company. May also involve reputed company regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance. • Investigates claim damages by conducting research from various sources, including the insured, reputed company parties, and reputed company resources. May identify and reputed company potential discrepancies and identifies subrogation potential resulting from unusual characteristics. • Identifies coverage concerns, reviews prior loss history, determines and creates Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals, reputed company appropriate.
